Rooted in seventeen centuries

Roots & Roasted stands on At Meydanı — the ancient Hippodrome of Constantinople — where the city has gathered for seventeen centuries. Our name is a promise: roots that run deep, and roasts worth crossing the world for.

Our beans come from Calibre Coffee, the Istanbul roastery behind the 2023 World Coffee Roasting Championship runner-up. Every cup — from espresso to slow filter — is dialed in with care by our baristas.

Whether you need a flat white between Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, or a quiet table away from the crowds, our doors and our terrace are open to every coffee lover.
